3. Specify the Cost of the Item

Next, enter the details about the item, including its name, cost, and any shipping fees.

4. Customize Your Customer's Experience

Maintain the look of your store on PayPal's payment pages by including your logo; simply provide your logo's URL. You can also provide the URL of a success page that PayPal can return your customers to when they complete their payment.

5. Copy Your "Add to Cart" Button Code

PayPal uses the information you enter for this item to create the code for your "Add to Cart" button. Copy this code and go to your website.

6. Paste the "Add to Cart" Code Into Your Website

Add a Simple Text Blob to your website page where you would like the button to appear.

Click the "code view" button.

Paste the code into the window and click submit. You will need to create a unique button for each item you are selling.

7. Copy Your "View Cart" Button Code

PayPal also creates code for a "View Cart" button. This button lets your customers view their shopping cart at any time. Copy this code and return to your website.

8. Paste the "View Cart" Code Into Your Website

Paste this code into your website's code on the pages where you would like this button to appear. You will probably want to add this button to more than one page.

9. What Your Customers Will See

When your customers add items to their shopping cart, they will see a list of their items and payment details, including any shipping and handling fees.

10. Checking Out

Your customers will be able to remove or change the quantity of any item in their shopping cart. When they have finished, they will click the Checkout button.

11. Sending the payment

Existing PayPal customers will log in and send you their payment. New PayPal customers will simply enter their payment information to create a PayPal account and complete their payment.

12. Specifying a Shipping Address

All of your customers will specify the address where they would like you to send their items. This shipping information will be included in the payment notification you will receive by email.

13. Completing the Transaction

The payment will be sent directly to your PayPal account. You will receive payment confirmation via email, and a record of the transaction will appear in your Account History. Just ship the items and you're done!

It's that easy.
